OUR PLUMBER

Our Plumber is Registered Certified Plumbing Technician with the Province of Ontario with training provided by the Ontario Ministry of Education and Training. Our Plumber will arrive at your home in a clean Plumbway truck fully stocked with over 2000 plumbing parts ready to complete almost any type of plumbing repair /replacement in your home. Our Plumber will be in a clean uniform bearing the name of Plumbway on left side of their shirt and their own personal name on the right. Our Plumber will be equipped with photo Idenfication for Security and proof of Registration with the Ministry of Ontario Education and Training.

Our Plumber will greet you at your door with a business card and smile. Our Plumber will slip a pair of shoe covers over top of his work boots to help keep your home clean. Our Plumber will listen to your issue and diagnose the plumbing problem and then provide you with an upfront cost to do the job before he gets started. After completing the job, our plumber will clean his mess and ensure the area of work is clean and acceptable to your expectations. Our Plumber will have you review the work and sign-off on your acceptance before payment.
