Universal Protection Plan
A technician will come in annually (depending on the length of the agreement) and have a look at everything. The technician will inspect all the visible piping, sinks, toilets, faucets, drains, water heater, the whole house. That way, the chances of something unexpected happening are greatly reduced. If anything should come up, at the time of the inspection or during the time of the agreement a special Value Price will be applied. Also if there was ever an emergency, customers with service agreements are our priority. So in short, service agreements are our commitment to our customer to help them anticipate any potential problem,
give them a deal on the price, and serve them even faster than we already do.

Once a year a technician comes in and will let you know if there is anything you should be concerned about, and will be there to take care of it right away, if necessary.
